PRIVACY POLICY

Technic Elixir Web Services (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) will use its best efforts protect each client (hereinafter referred to as “Subscriber”) and provide each Subscriber with the best services available. The following agreement sets forth guidelines to ensure, to the best of Provider’s ability, the privacy of the the Subscriber.

Provider respects the privacy of every individual who visits its web site, responds to its interactive advertisements or sends email to Provider. This Privacy Statement outlines the information Provider will collect and how such information will be used. This Privacy Statement instructs Subscriber on how to opt out of Subscriber’s personal information being collected or shared when visiting Provider’s web site, responding to Provider’s web-based advertisements or sending email to Provider.

Provider will not collect any personally-identifiable information about Subscriber (including, but not limited to, name, address, telephone number or email address) unless such information is willingly provided.

The following are some examples of when Provider may require Subscriber to provide personally-identifiable information:

•   to complete an online order for a product or service offered by Provider (if Subscriber does not wish to complete an online order form, Provider will always provide an option for Subscriber to complete an order via regular physical mail);

•   to enter an online contest or sweepstakes offered by Provider (if Subscriber does not wish to complete an online contest or sweepstakes form, Provider will always provide an option for Subscriber to enter by mailing a 3 x 5 card to a specific address); and

•   to request more information about new or current products or services offered by Provider.

If Subscriber does not want its personally-identifiable information collected, Subscriber should not submit it to Provider. If Subscriber has already submitted such information and would like Provider to remove such information from Provider’s records, Subscriber should contact Provider at the email address listed at the bottom of this Privacy Statement. Provider will use reasonable efforts to delete Subscriber’s information from any and all existing files of Provider.

When Subscriber provides Provider with personally-identifiable information, Provider may use such information in the following ways, unless stated otherwise, including, but not limited to:

•   Provider may store and process such information to better understand all needs of all its Subscribers and how to improve the products and services of Provider for all its Subscribers;

•   Provider may use such information to contact Subscriber with new promotions and announcements offered by Provider, if Subscriber has previously provided its permission and if the promotions and announcements seem to be in Subscriber’s interest according to the sole discretion of Provider; and

•   Provider may contact Subscriber with questions about Subscriber’s account.

Provider will not sell personally-identifiable information to third parties, unless stated at the time of collection. Provider may share such information with its business partners and affiliates, in its sole discretion.
